Amsterdam - With the new Director Rixt Hulshoff Pol, Manager of the Education Department at the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, the 2015 edition of unseen photo fairs takes place. It will remain on-site at the Westergasfabriek from the 18th to the 20th of September and the extended festival programme will take place at 40 locations throughout the city of Amsterdam from the 18th to the 27th of September.

The programme of this year consists of four different themes: Hidden Treasures, Open Doors, Cultural Institutions, and the Neighbourhood Project and more than fifty international galleries have been invited to participate. Among them, East Wing from Dubai, Galerie Les Filles du Calvaire from Paris, Gana Art from Seoul, IMA gallery from Tokyo, Robert Morat Galerie from Hamburg and Berlin, Valid FOTO BCN Gallery from Barcelon.

Also were been announced the shortlisted artists that will partecipate in the ING UNSEEN Talent Award, an international platform for new Belgian, Luxembourg and Dutch photography talent to present their work on a global scale. The 2015 finalists are Lara Gasparotto, Olya Oleinic, Sébastien Bonin, Sjoerd Knibbeler, and Sophie Jung.
